RFS: easygen version 4.1.0

Hi,

I've updated the upstream and salsa repo at:

   https://salsa.debian.org/go-team/packages/easygen

The package was tested on both gbp and sbuild. It's also lintian-clean.

Could you please reviewing/sponsoring this?

The source package has been uploaded to mentors.debian.net FYC, ref below.

BTW, for lintian error of

E: easygen: statically-linked-binary usr/bin/easygen

I've done a careful study and opened a BTS at:
