Request to join Debian Go Team

This is Utkarsh Gupta and I would like to request to join the "Debian Go Team" and intend to package "golang-github-sebset-xff", under my mentor, Rajudev.

I have requested on Salsa, but I was told to mail if I were to speed up the process.
