Bug#801172: very minor work load for update as far as I can tell
I am looking into this and my lack of .deb package skills is showing.
The debian/patches applies fine for tzdata-2015g but with fuzziness for
"systemv.diff".
I've attached the diff in question.
It doesn't really look like much work needed. But there might be loads
and loads of things behind the scenes needed. On the other hand this
issue can give some people troubles for relying on the tzdata files when
the shift happens two weeks later. On the other hand they could use a
NTP server that is updated for other reasons maybe?
