Bug#667448: pid 133(bootlogd) is using legacy pty devices - not logging anymore

Package: libc0.1
Version: 2.13-9

A few daemons (bootlogd and IIRC sshd as well) cause this kernel message to
be printed in the console during boot.

There was an attempt to fix this (see
http://lists.debian.org/debian-bsd/2011/06/msg00111.html) but unfortunately
the implementation of new ptys was not correct and had to be reverted
(see #632452).
