Bug#512238: libc6: popen() broken (Function not implemented)

Package: libc6
Version: 2.9-0exp1
Severity: important
Tags: patch

Hello,

After upgrading to the libc6 in experimental, popen() stops working
within my window manager, namely Awesome, in LUA configuration. popen()
fails with ENOSYS error code. This bug is the same as reported on the
glibc BTS[1]. I can reproduce the problem with the example program
given in the bug report.

Regards,
Arnaud Fontaine
