I assume this refers to Språkrådet's book 'Svenska skrivregler', 3rd
edition (2008). I don't own a copy, but at

they mention that this edition has "additional comments on the
collation of v and w".

Just for the record, I think most sv_SE people don't mind the current
rule. I suspect most feel w is more of a "real" letter of the alphabet
than ü and é -- but still somehow less real than v.

I think I'll stop babbling here, before you change your minds ...


Clint: does this mean you'll reopen #506784, "locales: sv_SE locale
still fails to collate 'v' and 'w' correctly"?
