No, it is not written this is a libgc issue, not a libc issue. I suggest
you suggest to stop doing bug triaging if you can't see the difference.

It is even more pointless to reassign it to glibc.

Reassigning a bug to a random package in the hope the maintainer of the
package will do the job is not really fair.
