Dear Sirs or madam. could you let me know what is the maximum by law that financial institutions can loan money to consumers. When I wasd a young child the maximum that could be charged was 10%, otherthan would be userer lending now I see banks charging18% onvisa billsetc.and calling it Interest. where could I get a copy of the law governing loans and interest in CAnada Thanks
