It is generally safe to assume that glibc goes through a fair amount of
testing before each upload, and given the range of locales that we all
(the maintainers) use: Japanese, localised English, French, it probably
safe to assume that not all locales are broken in a strange and hideous
way.

Being rude isn't the best way to move your issue to the top of the TODO
list.
