It would be nice if the timezones package included Toronto (the largest
city in Canada) and Ottawa (the capital of Canada) it its list. Both of
these are the same as the Montreal timezone.

America/Toronto and America/Vancouver are TZ values according to
my current (2.3.2.ds1-12) /usr/share/zoneinfo/zone.tab.
Ottawa isn't in there but neither is Washington D.C. :)
