Tha man page log2l(3) says that log2l() is declared when we include
<math.h>. But no header file declares log2l().

$ man log2

CONFORMING TO
       SVID  3,  POSIX,  BSD 4.3, ISO 9899.  The float and the long double variants
       are C99 requirements.
