Bug#185894: marked as done (locales: en_GB.ISO-10646 will not compile so package will not configure)

I'm closing this bug as the locale entry in question is no longer in
the SUPPORTED list, and was never supposed to be there.  16-bit
charset was never supported by glibc, as it will be unable to handle
strings with null-bytes in them.
