The tzconfig man page still says that /etc/localtime is a symlink, but
it is now a copy of the relevant zone file instead of a link.

(I wish you'd reconsider the decision to replace the link with a file;
it looks like it was done to satisfy some installation-time problem, but
it's difficult to be sure the file is set properly when it's a copy instead
of a link.)
