Bug#56700: Dependency problems with libc6/libc6-bin

I use Debian potato - upgraded via APT. After recent update I found that
dselect wants to remove great amount of useful (and even critical - like
perl or exim) applications. The reason? libc6 conflicts with libc6-bin,
some packages require libc6, some libc6-bin...
