Glibc now in CVS

The Glibc package is now in CVS, CVSROOT=:ext:<user>@cvs.debian.org:/cvs/glibc.

Module is glibc-package. You'll need the glibc_2.2.5.orig.tar.gz tarball
from the archive to go with it.

Those three folks that I emailed about helping to work on things. Knock
yourself out on the BTS :)

I suggest doing this:

# wget http://http.us.debian.org/debian/pool/main/g/glibc/glibc_2.2.5.orig.tar.gz
# CVS_RSH=ssh cvs -d :ext:<user>@cvs.debian.org:/cvs/glibc co -d \
	glibc-2.2.5 glibc-package


Follow the format that I've started for the changelog (just add a
section starting with your name). This should make it clear who has
worked on what.
