We got the go ahead for the transition, so gdal (3.2.0+dfsg-1) was
uploaded to unstable today.
While at the time of writing it has been installed on all release
architectures yet, the binNMUs have already been scheduled which is
greatly appreciated.
Once grass has been rebuilt and is available on the mirrors
libgdal-grass (3.2.0-1) will be uploaded to unstable as well.
