PROJ 7.0.0
The first release candidate of PROJ 7.0.0 has been released, it still
includes proj_api.h it didn't cause as much breakage as it would have
according to the original plan.
A few rdeps FTBFS due to test failures as is common for new PROJ major
releases. And proj itself FTBFS on big endian architectures due to a
test failure.
QGIS 3.10 doesn't support it yet, so may want to keep proj in
experimental for a while until it does, or just live with it not
supporting it fully.
python-cartopy (0.17.0+dfsg-8) FTBFS due to test failures:
* test_transform_point
* test_transform_points
This is a known issue for mips64el & mipsel.
python-pyproj (2.4.2+ds-3) FTBFS due to test failures:
* test_coordinate_operation_grids__alternative_grid_name
* test_transformer_group__get_transform_crs
These need to be updated for PROJ 7.0.0.
