opencv (4.1.2+dfsg-5) was successfully rebuild with GDAL 3.x,
libopencv-imgcodecs4.1 depends on libgdal26 (>= 2.0.1).
If you want to help, try to get these two packages to build successfully
with opencv 4.1 in unstable.
