NetCDF 4.7.3
NetCDF 4.7.3 was released some time ago, it's been in experimental for a
while too. Like netcdf-fortran, it's time to prepare this transition.
gri (2.12.26-1) FTBFS due to a texinfo error, reported in #949150.
libpdl-netcdf-perl (4.20-6) FTBFS due to an issue building the docs,
reported in #949157.
v-sim (3.7.2-6) FTBFS due to an unrelated issue, already reported in
#908105.
cdftools & oasis3 also FTFBS as noted in the netcdf-fortran thread, but
it's not related to either netcdf or netcdf-fortran.
