OGDI 4.0.0
Looks like we're not going to get OGDI 4.0.0 into the archive any time
soon. See the recent rejections [0][1]. These issues have been forwarded
upstream [2].
gdal (2.5.0~beta1-1~exp1) was already built without OGDI support to
allow the package to build with PROJ 6.0.0. We'll likely need to remove
it from the version in unstable too.
If these license issues cannot be resolved nor worked around we'll need
to remove OGDI from Debian. This will affect a couple hundred users at
least according to popcon [3].
