I've marked the workstation & osm tasks as suggested, I think these are
the most relevant metapackages for the Debian GIS blend.

I'm not sure if there is much interest in have Debian GIS as an option
in the Debian Installer amongst our users. I'd like to hear from others
if they have an interest in this.
