qgis (experimental) not being built

Hi,

For little over 9 days now, qgis (2.2.0-1~exp1) has been in Needs-Build
status. During the past few days I've noticed that other packages behind
qgis in the queue are being built, but qgis (and digikam just behind it)
keep being skipped in favor of other packages further down the Needs-Build
queue.

Is there a reason that these packages are skipped?
