They are definitely meant to be installable.

Choosing -0 for the experimental revision doesn't seem like such a good
idea now. 2.2.0 is considered newer than 2.2.0-0~exp1 causing the
versioned dependency not to be satisfied by -0~exp1.

I've fixed the version number in git, and am preparing a new build for
experimental.

qgis 2.0.1-2 need a few more days to migrate to testing, soon after that
I'd like to upload 2.2.0-1 to unstable.
