Packaging of pg_comparator

I have moved my packaging of pg_comparator  from Github repository to
git.debian.org  and will try to do my best to prepare a package suitable

In a meanwhile I have asked upstream author Fabien Coelho for fixing some Perl
warnings which should be included in next minor release soon.
For those who doesn't know much about this software, pg_comparator is very
handy tool for synchronization of spatial or non-spatial database tables, with
many options  (to sync only a subset or sync only chosen columns). I use it
mostly for syncing my PostGIS datasets.
