The HDF4 libraries are the following ones:

> 	libhdf5.so.6 => /usr/lib/libhdf5.so.6 (0x00007f14519a5000)
> 	libmfhdfalt.so.0 => /usr/lib/libmfhdfalt.so.0 (0x00007f1451783000)

I would suggest you point me the same MODIS dataset you are using to
check better.
