Attached a small update of the task description file with a formating
fix and the reference url for OTB package.
The url points to the source code for packaging in OTB-DevUtils
repository:

Anyway recently OTB authors set up a project on launchpad
https://launchpad.net/~otb
and made available source and binary debian packages

Packages for ubuntu 10.10 (maverick) should also be OK for sid (not
tested).
