Folks,

Great news - a PHP developer named Pierre-A Joye has taken on maintenance
of libgd, the MapServer core rendering library.  It had been essentially
unmaintained by Thomas Boutell for a couple years.  Pierre has produced
his first new release which includes the all important fix for one
pixel wide antialiased lines.  So I encourage folks to upgrade and to
keep track of libgd's new home as:
