[DebianGIS] qgis 0.8 release

Hi all.
Qgis 0.8 is planned to be released in a couple of weeks. I would urge
those who can to compile a fresh version from svn and test it, so we'll
have the chance of squashing as many bugs as possible before that time.
Currently only 11 bugs are open.
Of these, one https://svn.qgis.org/trac/ticket/310 is of pertinence of
debiangis: I think people in this list will be able to fix/close is very
easily. In case, please do.
