[DebianGIS] DebianGIS's gdal-bin stable package missing from list

Hi,

I just went to install the gdal-1.3.1 packages for Sarge from the
DebianGIS repo and found that gdal-bin was missing. I had to go to 
  http://pkg-grass.alioth.debian.org/debian-gis/pool/g/gdal/
download it by hand, and install with 'dpkg -i'. Seems it got left off a
packing list somewhere.

It is listed in
 http://pkg-grass.alioth.debian.org/debian-gis/dists/stable/main/binary-i386/Packages

??

This left me with 1.2.6 gdal-bin and 1.3.1 libraries :(

also Contents-<ARCH>.gz is missing so the wonderful apt-file util won't
work with our repo.
(I was hunting for what happened to /usr/bin/gdal-config as it was no
longer in the gdal-bin package [see bug report])
