[DebianGIS] GRASS 6's NVIZ and Tcl/Tk 8.4 still slightly broken

Hi,

It appears that some memory fixes are still needed for GRASS's NVIZ and
Tcl/Tk 8.4, see:

Maybe there are a few Tcl+C experts here that can help solve it?

IMO this is a minor enough issue that the Debian package should not
revert to building with Tcl/Tk 8.3.
