The most recent attempts havn't been anywhere near that. Indeed, the original postgis 1.0 version really shouldn't have gone into unstable, imv... Attempting to NMU what's there would surely be a bad idea. Replacing it might not be. If you're curious, take a look at what's been committed to the DebianGIS CVS repo for PostGIS... Thanks, Stephen
