I'd strongly encourage getting the right package names and dependencies
and whatnot done *before* it gets into the archive where other things
may start to depend on it.  Not to mention that if it has to be changed
again it'll have to again go through the NEW queue.  Let's take this
opportunity to get it done right.  Additionally, it sounds like they're
trying to minimize the things which depend on postgres-8.0 because it's
going to be removed eventually now that 8.1 is in (we certainly wouldn't
want to release etch with multiple versions of Postgres if we can help
it).

This also means that, really, we just need postgresql-8.1-postgis and
one PostGIS build for now.  Going forward we'd probably need to support
multiple versions at once but it'd be nice if we could avoid it until we
have to.
