Ah, right. I forgot. This is rather special, so I suggest mentioning
it in the changelog. Something like 'upstream is not providing
tarballs, so the orig file was generated for debian from CVS.' will
tell ftpmaster what is going on.
And as I am sponsoring it, I want 'Sponsored by Petter Reinholdtsen.'
at the end of the changelog, to make it easier for the next sponsor to
find out who did the last sponsoring.

Is the soname correctly encoded in the library and package names?
