[Pkg-grass-general] postgresql upgrade failure

hi all,

the last postgresql upgrade in debian is changing few data in the
existing databases.

there is a problem with accessing template databases, including
template_gis, because the single template database taken into account by
the package postinst script is template0.

i have reported the bug to debian (added this information to already
filed bug $307888), but in the mean time, postgis users who wish to
upgrade postgresql may do the following:

rmtemplate_gis (if you have templates other than template_gis, provide
--template="your template database name")
dpkg --configure -a --pending
mktemplate_gis (for options, see mktemplate_gis(1))

has postgis been installed for you by other person, i recommend you
consult that person.
