Since alioth is down now I don't have the current libgrass-dev on my system, could you please try to rebuild http://ftp.intevation.de/users/silke/debian/libgdal-grass_1.2.5-0.dgis.unstable.1.tar.gz after changing the configure line? If this works we should have solved the issue and I will rebuild the package on Monday whan alioth is back again.
