Those files are placed in /usr/lib/postgresql/bin, exactly where
postgis install them.

I could:
1. move the files in /usr/bin
2. create a link or an alternative
I dont know which is best, It could be also a problem of qgis in
looking for those commands (is that search not configurable ?), but
for me the change is very simple.
Any one has suggestion?
