Would it be possible to inform this list each time a bug is filed
into the bugtracker? It would make it easier for me to realize that
a bug concerning my tasks has been filed.

And another questions: I wanted to take over bug #301125 but I
didn't find out how I could do it. Is there any documentation
available how this bug-tracker works?
