Well, I only send bugs via reportbug, so you have to correct your
package to cause reportbug to do the thing you want. Something to do
with the Bugs field I recall:
$ grep-available -F Bugs -s Bugs .
$ grep-available -F Bugs -s Package -n .
BTW, my bugs are usually too trivial for lists.
