In case anybody else has this problem, when I duploaded the orig.tar.gz
file was not included. Apparently it's not included by default in the
.changes file unless the debian revision is 0 or 1. Since grass is at
debian revision 6, I had to do:
dpkg-buildpackage -sa -rfakeroot
to include the orig.tar.gz
I'm not sure if this is necessary, but I deleted the .upload file and am
reuploading everything since my first try is in the "reject" folder.
