[Pkg-grass-general] pkg-grass-devel list created on alioth.
Despite of its name, I think it can be used as Maintainer fields for
all GIS-related packages. So bugs, commits, upload notices, etc. can
be directly under the view of all interested people.
Current maintainers can add themselves as Uploaders.
List address is pkg-grass-devel@lists.alioth.debian.org of course.
Other people (developers mainly) interested to join the pkg-grass
(aka debian-gis) project, please notify me.
