[Pkg-grass-general] Spring and TerraView

Hi all,

How about include Spring and TerraView in the list of
softwares to be installed in DebianGis.

Spring can made a lot os image processing and some vector
stuffs.

TerraView can use data from a lot of databases. The libary
terralib was used to develop TerraView.

There is a LiveCD that has spring, grass, thuban, qgis
instaled.
