This text sound very good to me. Thanks Francesco for your effort to
write the initial text!

Before we announce this text I would like to ask you whether it is
still possible to rename the package site. In my opinion it is
somewhat confusing to have project named DebianGIS which is published
at alioth under the name pkg-grass. Is it difficult to set up a new
page named debian-gis and to point pkg-grass to this site? Or don't
you think that this is necessary?
