increasing the severity will not achieve much.

Instead this should be documented in the release notes, with any relevant information.

However, the fact that the the CPU is 15 year old is not a sufficient rationale
to stop supporting it. It is more useful for debian-i386 to focus on CPUs that
cannot run debian-amd64 than on CPUs that can.
