Dear Maintainer,

As can be seen on [1], the autopkgtests started failing this Monday and
succeeded only once since then.

This blocks the Qt transition [2].

From one of the logs [3], it can be seen that one of the tests
(test_format_paragraph_transparency) is failing. However, in the latest log
the failure reason is different.
