Bug#630892: libstdc++6-4.5-dev: Please remove the dependency on g++-4.5

Hello,

It could be nice if you could remove the dependency of  libstdc++6-4.5-dev on
g++-4.5.
I would like to be able to use an other compiler (clang) without having g++.
For information, this dependency is not present in testing and has been
introduced recently in Debian.
