The library is definitely /not/ "version 4".  The 4 represents an ABI
change; the project's name is still libstdc++-v3, and version 3.1 of that
project was just shipped as part of GCC 3.1.

When version 3.2 of libstdc++-v3 is shipped, the Debian package might well
be libstdc++5 if there is another ABI change.
