Bug#147249: libgcc1 should be split into libgcc1-sparc64

Package: libgcc1
Version: 1:3.0.4-7
Severity: normal

On sparc32 platforms it is impossible to remove the unnecessary
libc6-sparc64 package because libgcc1 depends on it. It seems there
should be a libgcc1-sparc64 package to seperate dependencies.
