sounds like an unversioned dependency from cpp-3.0 to gcc-3.0-base
would help. The versioned dependency is there, because doc/cpp-3.0 is
a symlink to doc-gcc-3.0-base. With the unversioned dependency you
would not get the changelog.Debian.gz from the new cpp-3.0.

I am wondering, why this did not show up earlier (3.0.1 to 3.0.2). I
think, manually building the first 3.0.3 for sparc would help.
