The Plinth section has text segment "GNU Affero General Public License"
which lights up as if it were a clickable link, but doesn't actually go
anywhere when you click it. The source shows:

<a>GNU Affero General Public License</a>

There is a similar problem with "Free Software" text. These should either
not be links, or they should link somewhere appropriate. I would have
submitted a patch if there is a method for doing so for the website source.
