No! Communication with an USB-OTG device uses (of course) USB cables,
not Ethernet cables. Using USB-OTG is *at the moment* not supported by
the kernel, its a theoretical possibility.

You can use an USB-Ethernet adapter. This is a hardware device that does
have an Ethernet connector. An USB-Ethernet adapter costs about $20.
(The Ethernet-gadget driver costs you nothing and will be faster than
100 Mbps)
